Content & Brand Marketing Communication Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Content & Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at TeXtreme. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our content strategy, managing brand communications, and executing marketing activities that elevate TeXtreme’s global presence. You will play a key role in crafting and delivering compelling content across various platforms, including web, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring that our brand message resonates with current and potential customers.

As a key part of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with strategic partners, distributors, and sales teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with business goals. You will also be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand identity, positioning TeXtreme as a leader in advanced carbon fiber solutions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation, Communication and Brand Management:

  • Lead the production and maintenance of relevant content across agreed-upon verticals including platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Develop inspiring guides, white papers, and similar materials that attract potential customers to download, subscribe, and engage through marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot).
  • Continuously update our website with fresh content based on SEO strategy and keyword analysis, working with web pages, content/site structure, page titles, and H1/H2 headings.
  • Professionally present our products, working with external agencies to develop product images, campaign pages etc. across all TeXtreme segments.
  • Basic proficiency in InDesign is preferred to edit brochures, product sheets, and other communication materials.

Communication:

  • Maintain an active flow of communication across all channels based on our updated channel strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with key strategic partners and customers from current and future verticals to create relevant content and execute cross-marketing activities.
  • Manage dialogue across owned, earned, and paid media channels, with a focus on owned media (social channels, website, newsletters) and ensuring valuable content for earned media (organic search/SEO and organic social media).
  • Utilize HubSpot to create personalized email journeys and increase newsletter frequency, highlighting product benefits for specific segments such as sports.
  • Engage in PR and media monitoring, actively pitching and feeding media with newsworthy content to increase visibility for Oxeon/TeXtreme.
  • Work directly with relevant trade press when appropriate.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement a global brand strategy for TeXtreme.
  • Define TeXtreme’s brand identity, personality, values, and core principles.
  • Conduct target audience analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Establish TeXtreme’s unique market positioning compared to competitors.
  • Clearly communicate TeXtreme’s brand promise, outlining what customers can expect.
  • Define the brand’s communication strategy, including tone of voice and channels used.
  • Refresh and design visual identity elements such as logos and color schemes for increased brand recognition.
  • Integrate brand strategy into product development processes.
  • Align product offerings and materials with vertical-specific needs, in line with the content strategy mentioned above.

Marketing Strategy & Activities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the brand effectively.
  • Continuously monitor market conditions and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Balance these elements to create a strong, differentiated market presence.
  • Build and manage a detailed activity plan, ensuring optimal ROI from the marketing budget.
  • Manage activities such as trade shows, catalogs, and influencer/KOL collaborations.
  • Lead Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns to drive engagement and brand visibility.

Distributor & Customer Collaborations:

  • Support distributors in their efforts to sell TeXtreme by providing marketing materials, toolkits, and guides.
  • Develop content and case study collaborations with customers, publishing them across our website and owned channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, brand management, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, content marketing, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram) and digital campaigns.
  • Basic skills in InDesign for editing brochures, product sheets, and marketing materials.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Familiarity with PR tools like Cision, MyNewsDesk, or similar platforms.
